Texture. Pattern. Permanence.
Tile and Stone Should Look Designed—not Merely Installed.
The difference lives in layout, alignment, transitions and the way every edge is finished. We plan the entire composition before setting the first piece.

01
The material gets attention. The layout earns it.
Why It Works
Better decisions before installation. Better results after it.
01Porcelain, ceramic, natural stone and specialty tile
02Pattern, grout and transition guidance in the showroom
03Careful substrate preparation and precision installation
See it. Compare it. Understand what you’re buying.
Visit the Bonaire showroom to put materials beside one another, ask practical questions and see how the choices work together. The people helping you select the product understand the installation that follows.
That means fewer handoffs, fewer surprises and a finished project that feels intentional from one surface to the next.
What Goes Into It
More than a product. A complete decision.
Every material has strengths, limitations and installation requirements. We make those clear before the project starts.
01Construction
Compare material construction, thickness, finish and performance—not just the color name.
02Lifestyle fit
Choose for traffic, children, pets, moisture, sunlight and the maintenance you actually want.
03Preparation
Subfloor condition, flatness, moisture and transitions are evaluated before installation.
04Finishing details
Edges, stairs, trim, transitions and room flow receive the same attention as the main field.
What Experience Changes
Flooring is a system, not a decorative layer dropped onto the subfloor.
A flooring product can look excellent on a display board and still be wrong for the room. We help compare how each option is constructed, where it performs best and what installation requires before you commit.

Straight Answers
Questions worth asking before the work begins.
Which flooring is best for pets and busy households?
The answer depends on moisture, scratch resistance, comfort and the rooms involved. LVP is often strong, but it is not automatically the best answer for every home.
Can I compare products in person?
Yes. The Bonaire showroom lets you compare flooring, tile, cabinets and countertop samples side by side.
Will you inspect the existing subfloor?
Yes. Subfloor condition affects appearance, performance and installation scope, so it must be considered before work begins.
Do you handle removal and transitions?
Project scope can include removal, preparation, transitions and finishing details. The estimate will define what is included.
